Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across multiple areas
- Conduct detailed floor care such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to maintain high-quality surfaces
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established protocols
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Assist with custodial tasks related to residential or commercial cleaning projects
- Support facilities maintenance activities as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and waxing
- Experience with commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality assurance

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
