We have The TALLEST IMAX IN THE WORLD right here in Pooler, GA. We are in search of a few team members to add to our work family for the upcoming Holidays.
Our ideal candidate would have an open availability on the weekend and all holidays, be able to provide exceptional customer service, work well in a team environment, and have reliable transportation.
This job is perfect for those in high school/ college as we are very flexible with school hours and our busy times are Tuesdays, nights, and weekends.
We have a day shift and a night shift. We require employees to have 1 shift available Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Our day shift is usually 11am-5pm and our night shift is 5pm-closing. Our closing time changes day to day depending on our last movie. We start closing the concession stand down last, around 10:30-11:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Answer guest questions or direct them to the appropriate source
- Greeting guests, tearing tickets, checking ID's, and directing guests to their auditorium
- Performing cash and credit card sales at the concession stand
- Upselling/ suggestive selling as a cashier
- Operating, preparing, and cleaning all of concessions related equipment
- Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
- Basic cleaning
