We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Help Desk Technician to join our team at our on-site location in Sherman, TX. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop computers, resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting technical problems, managing help desk support requests, and providing printer and device support for internal staff. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily IT operations and maintaining high levels of staff productivity through timely assistance.
- Experience in Technical Support and Help Desk Support, with a focus on user assistance and issue resolution
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Desktop Computers and peripheral devices
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including Printer Support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Sherman, TX
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A or equivalent are a plus
- An associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience is preferred
