Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role based in Dayton, OH. The Caregiver will provide direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Responsibilities include monitoring client well-being, assisting with meal preparation and feeding, performing light housekeeping tasks, and supporting medication reminders in accordance with care plans. The Caregiver will foster positive, respectful relationships with clients and families, communicate changes in condition to supervisors, and maintain accurate documentation of care provided. The role also involves collaborating with the care team to ensure a safe, comfortable environment and promoting client independence whenever possible.
Qualifications
