Med Spa Coordinator - BILINGUAL (english and spanish)

We're looking for a Bilingual Coordinator to help grow our Medical Spa by attracting new clients and promoting our full range of beauty and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

The Med Spa coordinator will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position requires a results‑driven individual with strong communication skills, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of aesthetic and wellness services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals by leading consultations, coaching staff, and implementing effective conversion strategies.
• Structure and manage payroll to ensure labor efficiency, proper staffing levels, and alignment with company financial targets.
• Oversee and manage inventory including ordering, tracking, cost control, and ensuring all products and supplies are adequately stocked.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations to maintain smooth workflow, high service standards, and consistent patient satisfaction across the clinic.
• Provide clear, confident explanations of services, treatment plans, and membership options to patients, ensuring they fully understand benefits, expectations, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Must speak English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in sales (preferably in health, aesthetics, or wellness).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
