Job Summary:
Royal Manufacturing is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our team in Orlando. This role supports the production of high-quality acrylic bath tubs and shower bases. Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist production by lifting acrylic bathtubs and shower bases to cart and moving from station to station.
• Perform various functions throughout production process for building a bathtub or base.
• Careful handling of all products and parts on the production floor.
• Keep the work area organized and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications Experience:
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and construction industry preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus
• Mathematical skills and ability to understand dimensions are preferred.
• Physicality – must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• ATTIRE: Long pants/jeans/khakis; t-shirt; tennis shoes/work boots (mandatory steel toe boots).
