Job Title: Loan Service Client Representative
Department: Loan Servicing
Reports To: Loan Servicing Department Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Performs loan service functions associated with pending and existing loans by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Process payments and advances
  • Prepare releases on paid loans
  • Maintain and update Hazard, Auto and Flood Insurance including force placing and paying escrow premiums
  • Maintain and update Real Estate Taxes
  • Third party verifications
  • Assist with balancing general ledger accounts and accurately prepare general ledger entries
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • This position is the main customer contact for our loan servicing department and requires excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • LaserPro documentation and CSI experience desired, but not required
  • Will be working closely with others, must be a team player

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Outlook. Core Processor (CSI/NuPoint) and documentation software preferred.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
