Shop Foreman

We are seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our service and repair operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily shop activities, coordinate repairs, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. • Supervise daily shop operations, including scheduling work orders and assigning tasks to technician
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper handling of hydraulics, air brakes, transmissions, suspension systems, HVAC units, and welding procedures
• Lead training sessions on equipment operation, safety procedures, and new repair techniques to enhance team skills
• Coordinate with customers to provide updates on repairs and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes

• Proven experience in dealership shop environments with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair
• Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance including brake repair, alignment, shocks & struts replacement, tire service, and HVAC systems
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of technicians effectively
• Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions and team coordination
• Certifications or training automotive repair are highly desirable

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
