Part-time Groundskeeper needed for Royal Arms Apartments. No experience required. Looking for a hard worker that is self-motivated.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with focus on customer service. Experience a plus but will train the right person. Perfect position for anyone wanting to have a steady part-time time job. Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Keeping grounds, sidewalks, breezeways, dumpster areas free of trash and debris on a daily basis
*Pressure washing breezeways, stairways, landings, and sidewalks as needed *Replacing outdoor lights as needed
*Delivering resident correspondence as needed
*Watering of trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed
*Other tasks as needed to assist Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (but are not limited to) janitorial, grounds keeping and light maintenance for the community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
