We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate who is ready to grow into a leadership role. What You'll Do
- Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Help train and support new team members.
- Work alongside warehouse leadership to improve workflow and productivity.
- Lead by example through a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow within the company.

Requirements:Qualifications
- 3 years of warehouse experience required.
- Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Leadership experience or experience training others is a plus.
- Forklift certification or experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
- Good computer skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge is a MUST
- familiarity with warehouse systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $24 - $26
