Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair sewing machines, cutting equipment, compressors, pneumatic systems, and other manufacturing machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
- Maintain maintenance logs and records of repairs
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Install, adjust, and test machinery and equipment as needed
- Coordinate with outside service providers for specialized repairs
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist with general facility maintenance projects as required

- 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Familiarity with air compressors and facility systems
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and industrial machinery
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals and equipment documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
