What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain a Gerber Paragon HX automated cutting system -https://www.gerbertechnology.com/pdf/Gerber-Paragon_E.pdf
- Review work orders, markers, and production schedules
- Load and cut fabrics/materials accurately and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
- Perform quality inspections on cut components
- Work closely with production and CAD/CAM teams
- Maintain a clean and organized cutting area
- Help maximize material utilization and minimize waste

Requirements
- Experience operating automated cutting systems or CNC cutting equipment
- Familiarity with textile, apparel, upholstery, industrial fabric, or composite materials
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Strong attention to detail and production accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Experience with Gerber AccuMark or CAD/CAM systems is a plus
- Gerber Paragon HX experience preferred, but not required
