Key Responsibilities
- **Material Flow:**Coordinate the movement of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods between inventory, mold shop, machine shop, quality and shipping.
- **Production Support:**Stage materials, monitor work orders, and ensure operators have necessary stock for timely completion.
- **Communication Hub:**Liaise with program managers, purchasing, production leads, and supervisors on material status and potential delays.
- **Inventory Control:**Track stock levels, identify shortages, and assist in reordering critical components.
- **Problem Solving:**Investigate and resolve discrepancies, delivery issues, or production roadblocks quickly.
- **Quality and Compliance:**Verify incoming materials and coordinate with the QA department to ensure parts meet aerospace specifications before they move forward.
