The Residential Remodeling Interior Designer will work on transforming client spaces through tailored interior solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting finishes, furnishings (FF&E), and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to fruition. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lake Oswego, OR.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and understanding Architecture
- Experience with specifying and selecting FF&E (Fixtures, Furnishings, and Equipment)
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project managers
- Proficiency in design software such as Cheif SketchUp, or equivalent tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in residential remodeling is highly desirable
