Client Support Specialist I
Salary Range $18-$22/hour based on experience
ABOUT THE POSITION
Roya.com is one of the fastest growing Website Design and Digital Marketing companies in San Diego, CA. We’re looking for a new Quality Assurance Client Support Specialist to join the Roya.com team, ready to collaborate the client services and client support teams to support client requests and website projects. This individual will primarily focus on testing and evaluating new websites prior to launch and assisting our website support team with client requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Support Specialist I responsibilities will include but not be limited to: answering incoming client calls, responding to client emails, fulfill basic website support edits, work with internal teams on advanced website requests, test new website projects to ensure design and functionality standards are met, document any issues found and address any issues that fall within basic website support, assist with initial setup of new website projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects, simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding or willingness and aptitude to learn Internet and website technologies.
- Track record of reliability, professionalism, and integrity.
- A strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new computer software quickly.
- Customer Service Experience (or similar role, 1-2 years experience is preferred)
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus (not required).
- SEO experience is a plus (not required).
