- Greet guests with aloha, providing a positive first impression.
- Able to answer phones in a professional manner
- Able to handle guests concerns with professionalism & escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer friendly/hospitality environment
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Available to work weekends and holidays as required
