- Some C experience is a plus
- Linux/Unix experience

- Previous financial industry experience is a plus
- Experience in networked and multi-threaded software development
- Computer science or engineering degree or significant real world experience
- A track record of successfully generating new ideas, innovations, and executing on implementation
