Roy’s Service Center is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our fast-paced team.

This is a hands-on retail service position where you help real people solve real problems. Customers come to Roy’s for parts, service, supplies, food, fuel, propane, and everyday help. Your job is to make their day easier.

And Would Love To…

• Welcome and assist hundreds of customers each day
• Help customers find parts, products, answers, and solutions
• Look up parts, place orders, write work orders, and support service center operations
• Run the register, handle transactions, and keep drawer counts accurate
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and keep displays fresh
• Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting, including floors, shelves, bathrooms, and customer areas
• Help with propane exchanges, food prep, stocking, and the unique services that make Roy’s more than a convenience store
• Work with a team that values optimism, reliability, hospitality, integrity, accountability, and community

• Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour

Shifts

• 8:00 a.m-6:00 p.m.
• 1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
• 5:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• 2:30 p.m.–11:45 p.m.

Experience

Retail, service, parts, or register experience is helpful, but not required.

We are more interested in finding the right person: someone reliable, helpful, coachable, calm under pressure, and willing to learn.
