Roy's first opened its doors in 1928 as a place where neighbors gathered over breakfast, coffee, and conversation. Today, we're bringing Roy's back with a fresh vision: thoughtfully prepared food, handcrafted coffee, and hospitality that makes every guest feel at home.

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Barista who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in making every drink with consistency and care.

Whether you're an experienced barista or someone eager to learn, we're looking for people with a positive attitude, a heart for service, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

What You'll Do

• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and seasonal beverages to Roy's standards.
• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest.
• Maintain consistency and quality with every drink served.
• Keep the coffee bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout each shift.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions confidently.
• Restock supplies, milk, syrups, cups, and retail merchandise as needed.
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the front-of-house team whenever needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

• Morning and early afternoon shifts
