What You’ll Do:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and high-quality food standards.
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and uphold all company policies and procedures.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and organization.
- Engage with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback with professionalism and a smile.
- Contribute to achieving financial goals by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is a plus, but not required – we will train enthusiastic and committed individuals!
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and proper car insurance coverage for business-related travel.
