Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information across our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Answer phone calls
- Email correspondence
- Input data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Transcribe information into electronic formats
- File and organize documents for easy retrieval
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Maintain organized files and records, both digital and physical.
- Assist with data cleansing and data quality initiatives.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
