Maintenance Technician II (PM Crew)
Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and self-sufficient Maintenance Technician II to join our PM Crew. This role focuses on completing all preventative maintenance across the plant to ensure our equipment operates efficiently and safely. This position works exclusively during downtime - not during production - making it ideal for someone who takes pride in proactive maintenance and detailed planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
Manage and organize spare parts and maintenance tools.
Support improvement projects as directed by the Plant Engineer.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance shop and toolbox.
Communicate clearly with the team regarding maintenance needs and updates.
Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined space entry procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Proficient with hand tools and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Comfortable working at heights and in various plant environments.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Self-sufficient and able to manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Mechanical, electrical, welding, and general plant maintenance experience.
Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems and inventory control.
