The Role
We are looking for a reliable, motivated warehouse associate who can hit the ground running and work independently without needing constant direction. This is a hands-on role with variety every single day. Long term we are looking for someone who has the potential to grow into a warehouse manager role as the company continues to expand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Packing, shipping and receiving customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Stocking, organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Assisting with live auction fulfillment and prep
- Supporting day-to-day warehouse and operations tasks
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation to our Elizabethton, TN location
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Computer skills
- Strong ability to follow directions and work independently
- Detail-oriented, dependable and a self-starter
- Someone who takes ownership of their work without being micromanaged
- Knowledge of fly fishing or the fishing industry is a plus but not required
