Position Purpose

As a part-time Pet Care Specialist, you’ll make a difference every day by:

• Greeting and helping customers with warm, solution-focused service.
• Learning and sharing product knowledge (nutrition, chews, toys, enrichment).
• Assisting with purchases, special orders, and loyalty program questions.
• Keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Safely making local deliveries for online and phone orders using company vehicles.
• Helping with customer carry-outs and loading purchases when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles for deliveries.
• Passion for pets and people.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts.
