- Proficiency in conducting Prospect Research to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Leadership experience managing teams and working with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to secure significant donations and partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred
