About the Role:
As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for providing skilled care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your duties will include:
Monitoring and reporting vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
Administering medications as per our residents' care plans
Performing basic wound care and dressing changes as needed
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintaining accurate records of resident care and medications
Collaborating with our nursing team to ensure seamless care transitions
Providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
Requirements:
0 years of experience (entry-level positions welcome!)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Med Tech certification (CMA, CMA (AAS), or CMA (AAMA)) preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require physical stamina
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
