We're looking for a Product Designer who can make complex AI capabilities intuitive and accessible to customers. You'll design experiences that seamlessly integrate into existing workflows while introducing powerful new capabilities for research, analysis, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Design user experiences that make our AI-powered knowledge engine accessible to investment professionals, from analysts to partners
- Create interfaces for complex workflows like variance analysis, value creation identification, and financial forecasting
- Design integration experiences that work seamlessly within Excel, chat tools, and other existing financial workflows
- Develop design systems that can scale across our platform while maintaining consistency and usability
- Conduct user research with hedge fund analysts, PE professionals, and VC partners to understand their needs and pain points
- Create prototypes and wireframes that communicate complex AI capabilities in simple, actionable ways
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and performant
- Design for trust and transparency, making AI decision-making processes clear and auditable
- 3 years of product design experience, preferably with B2B or enterprise software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience design, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience designing for complex, data-rich applications
- Understanding of financial workflows or eagerness to learn about investment processes
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and prototyping
- Knowledge of AI/ML interfaces and designing for AI-powered features is a plus
- User research and usability testing experience
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with engineering and product teams
