- Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
- Support office management activities including supply inventory,
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and escalating issues when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient office operations and ensure timely communication across teams
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
