Rowley Insurance Agency Inc has an exciting opportunity for a full time 220 or 440 Commercial lines account manager. Looking for individuals who are self-motivated, professional and a team player. We would prefer someone in the office, but will consider a remote or hybrid position for the right candidate located further away.
Brief Description of job duties
1. Knowledge of Florida Insurance Markets and Condo Associations.
2. Ability to market new business to multiple carriers.
3. Create Coverage Comparisons and Quote Proposals.
4. Manage upcoming renewals, remarket when needed.
5. Issue Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Property Ins.
6. Review policies and contracts as needed.
7. Invoice Premiums.
8. Update policy details in agency management system/ HawkSoft.
9. Manage endorsements, cancellation, reinstatements and audits.
10. Handle day to day service needs from clients and underwriters in a timely and courteous manner.
11. Multi-task and manage daily work independently with good judgement.
