We use set schedules are we're looking for one PM server who can work the following schedule weekly:
Thursdays 4:15-Cl
Fridays 4:15-Cl
Saturdays 4:15-Cl
Sundays 4:15-Cl

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements as a host/hostess when needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Provide personalized recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly, assisting with food preparation when necessary, and ensuring sanitation standards are met
- Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and payment processing
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for team versatility
- Familiarity with serving in high-volume environments requiring quick thinking and adaptability
- Craft beer knowledge preferred
