You'll enjoy a full-time schedule with an 8-hour shift every Monday through Friday, providing you with a consistent and reliable work routine!
Picture yourself converting pre-qualified leads into new customers and turning existing clients into repeat business. As our Inside Sales Rep, you will engage customers in conversations, building rapport and providing information on our pest control services. You'll achieve conversion goals, maintain detailed records, and sell residential pest control services aligned with our standard operating procedures. Your role is crucial in creating pest-free environments and contributing to our monthly revenue goals!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inside sales experience
- Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Ability to calculate basic math
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
Being bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required!
