We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site as needed.
- Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors in best practices for safety and quality.
