What You’ll Do:
- Shipping and Receiving duties.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors to support ongoing operations.
- Maintain material return process and purchase order process.
- Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical installs, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment.
- Maintain full counts and cycle counts of Warehouse and Service Vehicles.
- Process equipment warranty and vendor returns.
- Track equipment and tool repair management.
- Warehouse Organization and Safety.
- Parts delivery in support to field technicians.
- Good communication with all Field Technicians and Office.
- Represent Rowell’s Services with a professional appearance and attitude.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
- Energetic, team player, who is self motivated, with willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to quick changes of priorities.
- Experience with inventory management software -> Service Titan is a plus!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departments.
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
