As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be one of the first voices our customers hear when they reach out to Rowell’s Services. You'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression, helping customers get the services they need, and keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

From answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments to helping resolve customer concerns, you'll work closely with our dispatchers, technicians, and office team to deliver the exceptional service our customers have come to expect.

• Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, confident, and professional attitude.

• Help customers schedule service appointments and answer questions about our services.

• Listen to customer needs, gather important information, and ensure service requests are accurately documented.

• Communicate with dispatchers, technicians, and other team members to keep everyone informed.

• Assist customers with appointment changes, scheduling questions, and service concerns.

• Maintain accurate customer information and service details within company systems.

• Manage multiple calls, tasks, and priorities while staying organized and focused.

• Think ahead, anticipate customer needs, and help find solutions before small problems become big ones.

• Contribute to a positive, upbeat, and supportive team environment.

• Genuinely enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service.

• Have a positive attitude and bring friendly, welcoming energy to your work.

• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus! Experience with Service Titan or Dialpad is preferred, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!

• Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

• Weekend availability may be required.
