Project Lead’s with Rowe serve as a functional leader with hands-on responsibilities. This is a role that we expect to grow this individual into. Must be willing to learn and have the motivation to grow with the company. Some of the specific responsibilities of this role will be:
Location: Knoxville, TN
Hours: 8–10-hour workdays/5 days a week
Travel: Willingness to travel

Project Lead’s with Rowe serve as a functional leader with hands-on responsibilities. This is a role that we expect to grow this individual into. Must be willing to learn and have the motivation to grow with the company. Some of the specific responsibilities of this role will be:
- Assist with quoting of jobs
- Primary point of contact with customers during a job
- Plan job schedule and associated resources
- Move equipment (as needed)
- Unload and load trucks (as needed)
- Perform warehouse work (as needed)
- Install custom medical equipment (as needed)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness attitude
- Can manage a task list and execute
