Hemp Dispensary Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hemp dispensary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and grocery store environments, with excellent time management and administrative skills. As the Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products to ensure availability.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and employee performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering inquiries.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store management is essential.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate pricing and transactions.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
