What You'll DoAs our Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly and that our furry guests (and their humans!) feel right at home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs for daycare and boarding services.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our services.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to keep things organized and efficient.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure all dogs’ needs are met during their stay.
