Rowan University invites applications for the creation of an ongoing pool of adjunct faculty teaching positions in the Master of Professional Studies for graduate courses beginning Fall 2024. The applicant must be committed to excellence in the teaching of Professional Studies. The School of Professional Studies offers a Master’s degree. Interested individuals must have at least a Master’s Degree in any of the following related areas: Education, Organizational Behavior, Business Management, Real Estate, Leadership, Project Management, or Education.
The Program in Master’s in Professional Studies will accept applications for the ongoing pool throughout the year to establish an ongoing pool of candidates. When a teaching vacancy arises, we will consider the submitted applications in an effort to staff courses such as: Introduction to Professional Studies Seminar, Foundations Data Analytics and Reporting, Foundations of Agile Management, Project Management and Team Building, and related courses.

In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, and in accordance with the current MOA, Rowan University adjuncts are provided with a minimum of $1,975 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year. Courses will be assigned to instructors by College & Department on an as-needed basis.
