Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine is currently seeking a full-time family medicine physician to join the Department of Family Medicine. In support of SOM’s mission and vision, the selected candidate will provide and manage direct patient care at one or more of the outpatient clinical offices located in the Southern New Jersey area. The candidate will hold an academic title and have an active role in the training and education of medical students, interns, residents, and fellows. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to participate in faculty development. Highlights include:

Salary
In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this AAUP position is:
Assistant Professor: ($ 123,083 to $ 167,264) *
Associate Professor: ($ 146,089 to $ 198,535) *
For eligible employees, benefits include comprehensive NJ state health, dental and retirement benefits, extensive accrued time off/paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement for employee, spouse, and dependents attending Rowan University, Glassboro. (Tuition reimbursement will apply to undergraduate degrees only for spouse and dependents).

- Placement within the range is determined by the candidate's qualifications, professional experience, and other factors.
- For clinical faculty positions, additional compensation is paid through supplemental funding based on regional benchmarking standards and internal equity by specialty.
