Associates Degree
Experience
Previous professional experience in an educational environment or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
Skills/Abilities /Knowledge /Other Requirements
Collaborates with department members and/or the Compliance, Assessment and Research team to support planning, assessment, data collection and reporting for continuous improvement of the college.
Employee Classification: Part time
- Accurately and timely input student academic plans into the university's student information system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Review and verify the accuracy of student academic plans, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Provide assistance to students and academic advisors in understanding and navigating the academic planning process.
- Assist in data analysis related to student academic planning trends and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
