About the Role
This is a part-time, contracted role estimated to work up to 30 hours per week. The TikTok live sessions are scheduled in advance and will take place at our in-house studio located in Torrance, CA. The schedule for this role is flexible and TikTok lives will ideally take place 3-7 times per week. The exact schedule will be determined once a candidate has been selected.
Contracted Rate
The contracted rate for this role is $35 - $60 per hour, based on experience. This rate is negotiable and we are open to increasing the rate for streamers with large followings. This role is also eligible for commission.
- Go live on TikTok multiple times a week to promote our products and engage with our audience in real time.
- Showcase product features, usage tips, and special promotions in a compelling, interactive way.
- Build authentic connections with viewers and turn engagement into conversions.
- Collaborate with our content and marketing team to plan and optimize live session strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights on audience reactions and trending formats.
- Comfortable and confident being on camera and speaking live to an audience.
- Personable, professional and able to captivate attention quickly.
- Understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, and best practices.
- Prior live-streaming, hosting, acting, or influencer experience preferred.
- Sales skills or product demonstration experience is a big plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in communication and delivery.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
