- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with IT staff to implement security measures and protocols.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related problems.
- Assist in documenting network configurations and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- This is an in-person position requiring on-site attendance at our office in Aurora, OH
- Some travel required
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN).
- Basic understanding of enterprise storage concepts and technologies
- Basic understanding of virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

- Veeam Backup and Replication
- Cisco Meraki
- Network Access Control systems

- Dell Servers
- The ability to lift and carry or otherwise move a certain amount of weight regularly or occasionally
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds
- The ability to move safely in confined spaces
- The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying a certain amount of weight
- Bending, crawling, stooping, standing, vision, lifting, walking
- Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
- Competitive Base Salary: $24hr - 29hr, depending on experience
