Responsibilities
About the Opportunity
A successful warehouse manager candidate should possess the following skills, experience, and responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the warehouse
- Track and maintain inventory of control devices, instrumentation and control valves and supplies
- Monitor incoming and outgoing devices.
- Organize the warehouse for efficiency and accessibility.
- Coordinate with site managers, project management and contractors to ensure job site needs are met and overages/shortages are identified early.
- Receive deliveries and verify shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Manage stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Warehouse management experience is required (3 years)
- High School Diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and excellent ability to multitask with the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience ordering and tracking.
- Instrumentation and control valve knowledge is a plus.
- Experience operating a fork lift.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction.
- Able to lift parcels up to 50lbs.
- Competitive Base Salary: $28.00/hr–$36.00/hr, depending on experience
