We are looking for a Research Assistant to support our clinical research team. This is an entry-level role, and no prior research experience is required, we will train you! You’ll help with both administrative and basic clinical tasks while working closely with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Organizes and maintains study documentation.
- Performs data entry and auditing for accuracy.
- Supports basic clinical tasks including vital signs, lab processing, phlebotomy, etc.
- Assists with investigational product and supplies.
- Communicates effectively with team members and study participants.
- Schedules participant visits and assists with enrollment or follow-up tasks as needed.
- Follows study guidelines to ensure quality and confidentiality.
- May perform other job-related duties as requested or required.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in basic office software applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or similar discipline preferred.
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification or experience required.
- Prior healthcare or clinical research experience is a plus.
