Phlebotomist

This is a full-time, on-site Phlebotomist role based in Miami, FL. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood samples, handling specimen collection, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety protocols, preparing laboratory equipment, providing assistance to medical professionals, and adhering to medical and laboratory standards. This role plays a vital part in supporting clinical research operations.

• Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
• Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology
• Familiarity with general practices and protocols in Medicine
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Phlebotomy training program or certification is preferred
• Experience in clinical research or healthcare settings is a plus
