Delivery Driver/Independent Contractor - Ashburn, VA

Rover 3PL is a courier company with a National Footprint that specializes in delivering small packages that weigh less than a pound. We’re looking for a Driver who is energetic, personable and safe. You must be reliable, detail oriented and enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis.

As a new Driver with Rover 3PL you will work with a great group of experienced contract Drivers who work as a team to accomplish time sensitive deliveries. Drivers will work a shift generally not lasting more than 8 hours. Occasional extended hours and weekends may be necessary, especially around Holidays.

AM and PM runs available in the Ashburn, Leesburg area

Driver Requirements and skills

• Must be 21 years of age at time of contracting
• Must have your own reliable, fuel efficient vehicle
• Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
• Must have available for review; driving record, criminal background and submit to/pass a drug screen
• Work well independently and have good communication

Driver Responsibilities and Duties

• Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time
• Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Work occasional weekends
• Drive in inclement weather, such as rain and snow

Compensation and Perks

• Commission based earnings averaging $100 to $150 per day or shift
