Order Fulfillment Specialist – Costa Mesa, CA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Costa Mesa, California team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment to meet our customers' needs. The position is not limited to the duties listed below and the employee may be asked to perform other related duties as requested or assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack cannabis products according to order specifications on the sales order or invoice.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
- Generate Metrc manifests, pick-lists, etc., and send applicable documents to our wholesale partners.
- Schedule deliveries with our 3rd-party delivery partners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role required.
- Experience with METRC is required.
- Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be a California resident.
Compensation:
Hourly wage will be $19.00/hour based on relevant experience.
