Rove is seeking a vibrant, driven, and self-motivated individual to join our Arizona Team as an Account Manager, based in or near Glendale, AZ. This is a full-time, exempt (W-2) role with a typical 100-mile travel radius, averaging 40 hours per week, and eligible for gas reimbursements plus medical, dental, and vision benefits (after a waiting period).

⭐ What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the Rove brand for customers and partners across Glendale and surrounding areas. You’ll educate consumers, support retail partners, attend events, network with local leaders, and build your profile in the expanding Arizona cannabis market.
The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, a genuine passion for Rove’s products, and a desire to learn and grow.

📌 Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on customer success strategies
- Make cold calls and reach out to dispensaries and delivery services
- Execute vendor days and promotional events
- Recommend promotional strategies to retail partners
- Manage event materials and visual merchandising
- Conduct product inventory counts
- Represent Rove’s brand values in all interactions
- Build long-term relationships with retail buyers and staff
- Develop regional sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed quotas
- Stay informed on company offerings and industry trends
- Quickly address and resolve customer needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Work occasional evenings/weekends (with notice)
- Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds for event setups
🎯 Qualifications
- 21 years old
- Passion for excellent customer service
- 1–3 years account management and/or outside sales preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and integrity-driven
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability
- Able to work independently with solid follow-through
- Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle
💵 Compensation
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually
- Bonus/Commission: Up to 20% of base salary
