Brand Account Manager

Rove is seeking a vibrant, hungry, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join its Team as an Brand Manager, based in or near Oklahoma City, OK. Brand Account Manager work on a full-time, exempt, W-2 basis, typically traveling within a 100-mile radius of their home. Brand Manager are expected to work up to 40 hours a week and will be eligible for gas reimbursements, car stipend, and medical, dental and vision benefits (following a waiting period). As a Brand Manager, you will be the face of our brand to our valued customers and in-market strategic partners. By educating customers about our brands and products, you will have the opportunity to grow your profile in the fast-growing Oklahoma cannabis market and gain a wealth of sales and marketing intelligence by attending industry events, networking with industry leaders, and using your charm and personality to evangelize Rove in Oklahoma.

The best qualified candidates will have an outgoing personality, share a genuine interest in Rove’s strains and products, and be willing to be coached by Rove’s Sales & Marketing team.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the brand in the Oklahoma market.
  • Build strong relationships with retail store managers and budtenders.
  • Train budtenders and store teams on Rove products and brand story.
  • Execute in-store brand standards and ensure consistent merchandising.
  • Assist with event planning, in-store activations, and new product launches.
  • Act as a liaison between Rove HQ and the local distributor’s sales team to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market feedback.
  • Identify potential new retailers that align with the Rove brand and could become strong long-term partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels and sell-through rates at key accounts to ensure product availability and support reorders.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain records of store visits, training sessions, and brand activation efforts.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in cannabis, CPG, or field marketing roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven critical thinking skills and flexibility while performing job duties.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal accountability.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel across the state.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within Oklahoma.


Compensation:

  • Salary Range from $60,000–$65,000 based on relevant industry experience.
  • Car stipend.
