Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Apartment Showing Agent to conduct property tours, assist prospective tenants, and help generate successful lease applications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and highlight property features and amenities.
- Answer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule showings and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Assist clients with the rental application and leasing process.
- Coordinate with the office and property management team.
- Maintain accurate records of showings and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
- Real estate or sales experience is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus.
Training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
